Can I receive my goods from your address?

Shipment service is totally free worldwide.  It needs to order the items on your behalf. We try to ensure dispatch your ordered product within 14 working days of payment date. Once we have send your order, we will give you a shipping tracking code which you will be able to use online to view the progress of your delivery. If you wish to collect your order from our gallery office, please mail us and inform about your matter and we will arrange for your order with the availability in the gallery office. Ordering online, any additional fees charged?

No, we do not apply any additional charges


Shipping & delivery charge necessary?

NO! All deliveries are free of charge.


Shipping cost are necessary for Local or International?

NO! All shipping charge are free. 


If we buy online or direct from your office any difference here?

No, There is no difference if you buy online or direct from our gallery office.


If an item is "sold out" can I place order it?

In some cases we are able to source remaining copies of a particular artwork. If the piece you are interested it is noted as "out of stock" on our website, its worth and detail contacting us over phone or email and we will be try to search as same part of a set for you. Alternately we will propose you the as same alternatives.


Payment in online is safe?

We use a secured payment algorithm on our website and use (SSL) secure socket layer in our online galleries to guarantee the safety of your transactions. We do not preserve personal card details.


My order will be ensured?

Yes, we use dependable and ensured courier service to dispatch products. If your order does not arrive in perfectly please contact us immediately.


Do you provide gift vouchers?

No, we don't provide any gift voucher.


What is the return policy for a damaged product?

You must have to report to  by mail if there causes any damages or troubles of goods, within a maximum period of 48 hours after the delivery has been signed off. This is an obligation imposed by the carrier which must be acted in accordance to process the respective claim for you.


You need to provide 02 copies of colored and clear photographs of the outside packaging showing the damages and another 02 copies of colored and clear photographs of the damages to the picture of frame (if any). Please preserve all original packaging items sent to you as we don’t receive the item except back in the same packaging. We will put together for the item to be calmed from the address, once we receive your damage report and the necessary photographs. Please be noted that, due to insurance and delivery guidelines, failure to give the necessary information will consequence of being unable to deal with a claim for you. Please also take a note that, in most situations, goods can only be mended or replaced and that refunds will not be offered.


Can I pay in installments?

We offer several payment methods including like installments whereby we will hold the items until payment is completed.
